How to I place a click and collect order?

Just shop online as usual. When you go to the online checkout choose Click and Collect (You’ll only see the option if everything in your bag is available for Click and Collect delivery)

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?

We will send you an email confirmation of your order and a second email when your order has been picked and is ready for collection.

When will my order be ready for collection?

Our aim is to have your order ready within 24 hours, however during busy periods (June to August) this extends to 2 working days.

What do I need to bring when I come to collect?

Please bring your order confirmation email with you, printed or on your phone to collect your order.

Where do I collect my order?

You can use our FREE Click and Collect service in our shop in Kilkeel
