Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers have the right to return any purchased items within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from us. The items can be returned provided they are unused and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Returns shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender.

We will notify you once we have received and processed your refund. Please allow up to 10 working days. If you have any further queries, please contact holmesuniform@gmail.com

How to return
· Pack all items in original packing, unused with labels attached
· Pop dispatch note in the bag circling which items you are returning
· We strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting when returning items in case the parcel goes missing.
